A Space to Rebuild From Within

If you’re here, something has already cracked open. Maybe it was a conversation you couldn’t un-have, a ceremony that showed you a door you can’t un-see. A moment of silence in a life full of noise where the truth couldn’t be ignored.

Through this steady, attuned partnership, you'll begin to trust yourself again, honor your inner compass, and make gradual but lasting adjustments that align your life with your higher truth.

The High Achiever

For the ones who built everything and still feel the void.

A man with tattoos on his arms, wearing a wide-brimmed hat, black t-shirt, cargo pants, and a necklace, stands outdoors on grass with eyes closed, hand on his chest and stomach, in a meditative pose surrounded by green foliage.

I know what it feels like to have everything on paper. The big checks. The nice cars. The fancy homes. The beautiful family. And I know what it’s like to still feel a void in your heart. Like everything is somehow hollow and incomplete.

I lived that life for years, making more than $1 Million dollars annually, leading teams, winning by every metric the world handed me. And I was miserable in ways I couldn’t explain to anyone around me because, from the outside, there was nothing to complain about.

I left that career in 2020. And the hole I thought I was escaping got bigger, not smaller, because the achievement had been the only thing standing between me and the void. What followed were five of the most difficult and powerful years of my life. An overdose. A near-death experience. Rehab. What came out the other side was something no achievement had ever given me—myself.

I returned to the simplest things. Breath. Ground. Stillness. Family. Nature. In that stillness, a quiet voice finally had enough room to speak. Not the loud voices that said I wasn’t enough. A different voice. Softer. Truer. The one that led me back home to my heart and eventually steering the family to Costa Rica in. The same one that told me to walk away from a $900,000 guaranteed contract in 2025. The voice that asks me to continue sharing my truth, vulnerably, with those drawn to it.

That voice is what this work is about. Not mine. Yours. It is already speaking. Most people have simply forgotten how to tune into it. But it’s waiting for you to get quiet enough to hear it.

Couples Coaching

For the partnerships ready to tell the truth.

Most of the distance between two people who love each other is not a communication problem. It is a self-knowledge problem. How can we be known by another, until we are willing to be truly known by ourselves? I work with couples who are done pretending the distance isn’t there. Who are willing to stop managing the relationship and start telling the truth inside of it. Those who understand what needs to die is not the love itself—it’s the performance of love. The roles. The patterns. The careful manipulation of each other's feelings which have replaced genuine contact.

I know this work from the inside. My wife and I have walked through betrayal, radical truth-telling, the kind of rupture that ends most marriages. We rebuilt something on the other side that neither of us could have imagined. What I learned in that process was not a technique. It was a truth: That when we speak from the heart with genuine love, we liberate not just ourselves but the person receiving it. That other people's reactions to our truth are not ours to manage or fix. That honesty, delivered with care, is not a weapon. It is the most loving thing two people can offer each other.

In these sessions, we move toward the moment when one partner says something to the other that they believed they could never say out loud. And the other person receives it. Really receives it. Somewhere in that exchange, there is lightness. There is a particular kind of joy that only arrives when two people finally stop performing for each other and start actually loving themselves and falling back in love with each other.

That moment is not the end of the work. It’s the beginning of the rest of their lives.

Who this container is for:

  • You love each other and something has broken or is slowly breaking.

  • The distance has grown too familiar to ignore.

  • One or both of you has been living behind a version of yourself that no longer fits the relationship you actually want.

  • You are not looking for a referee. You are not looking for someone to validate who is right. You are looking for a guide who can help you both find your authentic voice and bring it home to each other. Who has walked this road personally and knows what is possible on the other side of honesty.
